HypoVereinsbank (UniCredit Bank AG) has sold its interest in PlanetHome AG. The shares were transferred yesterday. PlanetHome AG and its subsidiaries ("PlanetHome") are purchased by financial investors AP Capital Investments from the USA and German based Deutsche Invest Equity Partners. The parties agreed not to disclose any information concerning the selling price.
PlanetHome is one of the leading real estate service providers in Germany and Austria and specializes in the brokerage of residential property and mortgage loans. HypoVereinsbank will continue its established and long-standing cooperation with PlanetHome.
